Les aventures du cœur de l’île is a summer initiative presented by the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership and Montréal centre-ville in collaboration with Tourisme Montréal. Revitalizing the downtown core with interactive projects and installations from Atwater to Papineau and from Sherbrooke to the Saint Lawrence, Les aventures du cœur de l’île will have the streets of our metropolis brimming with action and fun all summer long! What health measures are in place?

We work closely with the health authorities and monitor the situation very closely in order to respect the current regulations.


All activities and design elements in Les aventures du cœur de l’île have been rethought and redesigned to comply with public health measures and facilitate social distancing.


The entire team is following very strict sanitary protocols and are on site Sunday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to ensure:

  • Respect for physical distancing;
  • Frequent cleaning of facilities;
  • Cleaning of frequently touched surfaces: trash cans, tables, benches, rest stations, etc.;
  • Picking up trash;
  • Public awareness of sanitary measures and the wearing of face coverings.
What rules do I have to follow?

Please postpone your visit if:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 ;
  • You have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 ;
  • You have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 ;
  • You have travelled internationally in the last 14 days.

The social distance of 2 meters (6 feet) must be respected at all times.

What are the opening hours of your Oases?

The Oases are open to the public every day from 11am to 11pm.

What is the alcohol policy at your Oases?

The consumption of alcohol on public property during meals in some of our Oases is permitted. This authorization is valid every day, between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

For the Oases below, alcohol is permitted as long as it is consumed with food:

In case of rain, do the animations and activities still take place?

Heavy rain may prevent some scheduled animations and activities from taking place. To find out if they are still happening in the event of inclement conditions, check our Facebook and Instagram pages on the same day.
